Hi, I'm Cheryl,
Just sit back, relax, and let me take care of your group's visit to the museum. All I need from you is a time of arrival - plan 2 hours from there and I will make sure your group gets a chance to do all of the best things the museum has to offer.
Enhance your museum visit with our Backside Breakfast Tour, Make a Derby Hat Craft Activity and, for the holidays, we are going to the Reindeer Races! Be sure to ask me about these or check them out here on the website.

Your group admission includes all of our permanent exhibits, special exhibits as well as our historic guided walking tour. You can also take advantage of the Finish Line Giftshop and the Derby Cafe.

Upon arriving at the Churchill Downs track kitchen, your guest will enjoy a hearty southern style breakfast as they watch the magical process of the Thoroughbred's morning training workouts. Our tour guide will explain what is happening on the track, and we will stroll past some of the shed rows to see what happens after they come off the track from their workouts.
$26.00 per person package. Allow 3 hours. Reservations required. 15 person minimum. Available April - November. Seating at 7:00 am and 8:30 am.
Make a Derby Hat Craft Activity
Who doesn't love a hat and Derby Hats are loads of fun to make. Your guest will be provided with a hat and Derby inspired decorations to make their very own Derby-sytled hat to wear thoughout their visit and to take home. Who knows, maybe you can have your very own hat contest.
$20.00 per person package includes museum admission and Derby Hats for both menand women. Allow 3 hours. Reservations required. Available anytime.
Reindeer Races
During the holiday season we are going to the Reindeer Races. Your guest will have the feeling of being at the races as they cheer for their reindeer to win. Prizes will be awarded to the Win, Place and Show winners of each race. 3 races are on the program.
$20.00 per person package includes museum admission and up to 3 races for your guest to enjoy. Allow 3 hours. Reservations required. Available during the holiday season.
