Please present your membership card whenever seeking entrance to the Museum. If you are unable to accompany your guest(s) to the museum, they must have a “guest voucher”. Vouchers are valued at $9 each.

“MEMBERS ONLY” OAKS DAY PARTIES
Join fellow members for a special day at the Kentucky Derby Museum. We have an extensive buffet, convenient bar service and pari-mutuel betting windows, live closed circuit viewing of the races and access to Churchill Downs. We also have hat contests, handicapping tips, a special member gift and lots of great prizes! Tickets go on sale based on membership levels.

The board is updated 2 times a year and lists members by their membership level.
ONE-WEEK SPONSORSHIP - WINNERS CIRCLE LEVEL ONLY
This benefit entitles you to one week of Museum sponsorship during the term of your membership. You may place signage and/or displays in the museum lobby listing your company as the museum's sponsor for a week.
VIP TOURS
VIP tours may be scheduled during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm through the Membership Coordinator, at 637-1111, ext. 228.
SUBSCRIPTION TO " INSIDE TRACK" NEWSLETTER
The Museum's “Inside Track” newsletter is mailed four times a year, to approximately 6,000 members, sponsors, media outlets, tourism organizations and Louisville residents
MEETINGS & RENTAL FACILITIES
The perfect place to host your corporate event or off site meeting! The Kentucky Derby Museum offers complimentary rentals for parties of 150 guests or less. For parties over 150 guests, additional guest fees will be charged. Certain date restrictions do apply, such Derby week and Breeders' Cup week, when held in Louisville. Please contact the Sales Dept. for complete rental information.

USE OF MUSEUM'S BOX SEATS AND THE TURF CLUB
The Museum has a Churchill Downs Box, excluding Oaks Day, Derby Day and when the Breeders' Cup is in Louisville, for members to use free of charge. We also have a Turf Club membership and members may purchase seats for $20.00 each.
