Double Oak Rye – Nose: Roasted nuts, citrus zest, and sweet oak. Palate: Toasted sugar, bold oak, spicy cinnamon, sweet grasses, warm leather, and rich tobacco. Finish: Sweet oak.
Double Oak Bourbon – Nose: Sweet oak with orange zest, cedar, tobacco and herbs. Palate: Honey, cinnamon, and spicy oak. Finish: Sweet toasted oak and dry cocoa.
Rum Finished Bourbon – Nose: Toasted citrus, molasses, sweet cedar, salty air, and distant coffee house. Palate: Cinnamon, orange bitters, toasted sugar, spicy cedar, and fermented dark fruit. Finish: Sweet grasses, complex botanicals, and smoked honey.

Corky Taylor purchased a historic building from the 1890s, in the heart of Louisville, and set about bringing Peerless back to life fueled by a desire to honor the legacy of Henry Kraver and resurrect the family business.

Caleb Kilburn, the humble and unassuming Master Distiller of Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company, is nothing short of a prodigy. Despite his young age, Caleb has produced ultra-luxury, handcrafted rye and bourbon that rivals the finest in the world.
