Whether virtual or in the classroom, Kentucky Derby Museum brings expert-led interactive learning programs to students near and far*. Choose from lessons in Career Studies, Health, Literacy, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Each program is a fun and inspiring way for students to engage in Kentucky’s history and make real-world connections to what they’re learning in your classroom.

*Outreach Programs are limited to Kentucky and Southern Indiana, but our Virtual field trips are available anywhere with no geographical restrictions!

Each lesson is:

  • Designed to supplement and align with core curriculum standards
  • Tailored to your students’ grade level
  • Cost: Free
  • Duration: 45 minutes
