Just a taste of what you can experience at Kentucky Derby Museum.
Kentucky Derby Museum Stable
Stop by the Stable Exhibit and meet the museum’s resident Thoroughbred, Theo, and his miniature buddy, Mighty Aristides. Since the museum’s opening in 1985, our stable has been a home for retired and non-racing horses where they get love and attention from everyone they meet. Over the years, our miniature horse and Thoroughbred have been a special part of romantic engagement proposals, unique wedding photos, so many field trips, and each guest’s visit to the museum!
