The Kentucky Derby Museum is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. We have welcomed over 2,014,000 visitors from all over the world since opening in 1985. We depend on the support of the community to continue spreading the history and excitement of the Kentucky Derby. Our revenue is generated by visitors to the Museum, gift shop sales and rental income as well as generous sponsorships and grants from the community.
