Excited to announce the Kentucky Derby Museum has TWO finalists for this year’s ROSE awards (Recognition of Service Excellence), presented from the Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau to outstanding hospitality employees who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed in Louisville!
Our very own Bud Blum and Becky Schroeder have made it through the nomination process and are now considered finalists! Bud, our Director of Security, is a candidate in the Behind the Scenes category, while Becky, one of the Museum’s longest tenured Tour Guides, will be competing in the Attractions category. Each has received special recognition and prizes from the LCVB and are invited to attend the ROSE awards ceremony, held Nov. 13 at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.
Now it’s our turn to show appreciation for these two remarkable individuals. Part of the selection process for the winners includes online voting, so we need everyone to check out the links below and vote for Bud and Becky!
