Important Information for Your Tour

Behind the Scenes Tour

We did the behind the scenes tour at Churchill Downs. This was the BEST tour I have ever been on. Informative, fun and when you see the penthouse there WOW!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about it. It made dropping my daughter off at college a little less depressing that day.

Great tour!

We took the Behind the Scenes tour with our guide, Kayla. Wow, what a fountain of information! As Derby fans, we learned so much about the history of Churchill Downs, previous Derby winners, and got to see places that are normally reserved for the rich and famous. Can't begin to explain how much we enjoyed the tour. The Museum was enlightening, We really enjoyed the display dedicated to African American jockeys and trainers.
